Nestled in the jungle of Nosara, Costa Rica, a UNESCO-recognised Blue Zone, Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort offers eight acres of saltwater pools, open-air yoga shalas, and an organic kitchen that nourishes you from the inside out. This is not a weekend workshop. It is a seven-night immersion designed to change how you relate to healing — forever.

Stacey and Brenda are both Registered Massage Therapists and Reiki Masters with a combined 40+ years of experience across Reiki, bodywork, and integrative healing modalities. They bring clinical depth, genuine warmth, and a teaching style rooted in real practice — not theory. In their hands, your attunements are not a ceremony to check off a list. They are a true initiation, offered with the care and intention this work deserves.

With an intentionally small, curated group, every participant receives personalised attention throughout the week. Mornings open with yoga, afternoons move through certification teaching and hands-on practice, and plenty of unstructured time is woven throughout — to rest deeply, explore Nosara’s beaches and jungle trails, discover local restaurants and the town’s vibrant wellness community, or simply do nothing at all. You will leave holding internationally recognised Reiki certification at every level, and carrying something harder to name but impossible to forget.
