Stacey holds certifications in CPR, Kripalu Yoga Teacher, CanFit pro Personal Trainer as well as diplomas from Loyalist College (Arts and Science) and Trillium College (Massage Therapy).
Prior to becoming an RMT, Stacey spent many years teaching Kripalu Yoga in various locations including Rhinebeck New York, Lenox Massachusetts, Lake Louise Alberta, and of course Belleville Ontario. After spending years learning and understanding the differences in human bodies and how they move, change and become healthier, Stacey was inspired to take her healing practice to the next level by acquiring her Massage Therapy diploma. Her main objective is to help people be better able to live and enjoy life on their terms, pain-free.
Alisha is a graduate of Sir Sanford Fleming College 2012. She offers Relaxation Massages, Cupping, Hot Stone, Trigger Point Therapy, Fascia (connective tissue) Pregnancy and more.
She thrives on improving her clients’ well-being and quality of life through outcome-based Massage Therapy.
Brenda Howard has been a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO since 2015. Brenda is trained in Swedish Techniques, Fascial Release, Joint Play and Mobilization, Hot Stone Massage, Reiki and Pregnancy and Baby Massage. She is also trained in MPS (Microcurrent Point Stimulation) which is referred to as needleless Acupuncture which is highly effective for scar tissue release and chronic pain.Brenda moved to Belleville in 2019 to be closer to her daughter, son-in-law and “the twins” born in September 2018.
Whitney is a Registered Massage Therapist who welcomes all ages and stages of life to her massage table. Her mission is to help her patients understand the source of their pain and relieve/manage pain using therapeutic massage and remedial exercise.
Whitney is an advocate for your health and strongly believes in a community circle of care. Her area of interest includes chronic pain, headaches, stress and osteoarthritis.

Sasha graduated from Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in North York, Ontario and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2013.
Sasha, in high school, enjoyed training at a track and field athletic club which included weight lifting and plyometrics. She had dreams of become an Olympic thrower but chose instead to learn more about preventative health practices, through yoga, eastern and western nutrition, aromatherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Reiki.
As an adjunct to Massage Therapy, Sasha has studied cranio-sacral therapy, reflexology, cupping, skin and scar care post cancer treatments, structural integration, head massage and various osteopathic created techniques.
Sasha enjoys travel and is always motivated to hike, intermittent fast, swim, take new yoga classes and learn new ways of meditation on her annual trips.
Meghan graduated from Centennial College in 2019.
She offers relaxation, deep tissue, cupping, pregnancy, fascial release and more.
She thrives on helping decrease muscle pain/tension and achieving clients goals.
Kati is a Certified Pedorthist with the Pedorthic Association of Canada and the College of Pedorthics of Canada. After finishing her Kinesiology degree at Brock University, she started in the field of Pedorthics in 2006 and attained her full certifications in 2008, through Western University. She has practiced with some of the top Pedorthic clinics in Ontario and started on her own in 2014.
Kati’s philosophy is simple – be honest, treat people with respect and produce a high quality product, which includes custom made orthotics.

Pk graduated from the National Academy of Osteopathy. His techniques are designed to ease neurological irritations around a joint, increase joint mobility and reduce pain and discomfort. He employs a range of techniques such as manipulation, soft tissue therapy, mobilization and muscle energy techniques chosen to provide the best possible care. He will also use visceral manipulation to treat organs and the viscera of the body and provide holistic treatments.
PK also has over 12 years experience as a Personal Trainer and is a co-founder of Muscle Freak gym in India. He has experience working with people of all ages. He is also a lover of sports and fitness, with a passion for Cricket, Soccer, Yoga and Hiking.
